Health is the most precious thing we possess and I believe chiropractic plays an important role in our body’s overall wellness.
Why I do what I do:
I became a Chiropractor because I have always been fascinated with the human body and the power it has to heal itself, and I personally find this is the most exciting thing about chiropractic - my ability to help others by encouraging the body’s natural healing process. I love empowering others to help themselves, and I will always offer advice to my patients with how they can help themselves outside of clinic as I believe everyone should be given the knowledge to help themselves when possible.
I make sure I make the most out of everyday and I feel so lucky that as a Chiropractor I can help others make the most out of their days by reducing the pain that is interrupting their lives.
I am always looking for new ways to expand my knowledge and I am driven to continually enhance my skills.
I studied to become a Chiropractor at The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic for 4 years and graduated with a Distinction. I am also qualified in Roc Taping and Dry Needling.
Interests and hobbies:
I love the outdoors and I personally find it the best stress reliever in today’s hectic modern society. In my spare time I love to get outdoors as much as possible. I have climbed all over the UK, and I have done a season of alpine climbing in France, as well as some Scottish winter and ice climbing.
I have also participated in many different sports including Rowing at a national level during my late teens. I enjoy bringing my knowledge of sport into treatments, allowing the body to perform at an optimal level and I thrive off complicated cases.
